RCTB Volunteer Spotlight on Dominic Tumas: “About seven years ago I discovered ReClam the Bay and have been very active ever since. I not only get to do something that helps the #environment and interact with the public, but I also made friends with a large number of great people.
I believe the most enjoyable part of volunteering last year was the interaction with the hundreds of drop-in guests and volunteers that we get at our Beach Haven upweller. After explaining what we do, how we do it–and especially the results of what we do–you hear the reactions from them. That is the most rewarding part of volunteering with ReClam the Bay!”
